Sustainability Learning CIC aims to assist identified learning communities in implementing the Government's Sustainability and Climate Change Policy as it relates to each setting. We can help offer support for Sustainability Leads in these settings. This involves Continual Professional Development (CPD) paid for by the settings. We also promote the work and learning opportunities of other UK SSN NW members.

In close association with the Lancashire Schools Sustainability Forum, we also help deliver the Schools Sustainability Learning Conferences. Each year, we provide a platform for both schools and sustainability organisations to share skills, knowledge and experience through annual conferences for primary and secondary school pupils. It encourages environmental education and learning outside the classroom, with an emphasis on real world links to jobs and future career prospects.
